This course provides you with an understanding of Universal Design (UD) and its role in making tourism experiences, services, hospitality, and the public realm more accessible. You’ll learn how to create inclusive tourism products and services that cater to a wider range of visitors, improving their experiences and building loyalty to your business / destination.
You’ll also discover how to collaborate with user stakeholders, including people with accessible needs so that you can foster inclusive tourism and achieve long-term success for your business / destination.
